At Kent Road we are dedicated to supporting each child to develop respect, a sense of responsibility, confidence and a passion for learning. We encourage our students to use their imagination, to laugh, to play, be creative and to enjoy learning. We believe these are vital ingredients in supporting the growth of flexible, resilient problem-solvers, ready to meet any challenge. We see ourselves as a community of learners, eager to improve and to do the best we can for ourselves and for others.
Our school curriculum is based on the philosophy that children learn best when their experiences at school are designed to take account of different learning styles. Whilst Literacy and Numeracy are at the heart of our teaching we ensure each child experiences a broad range of enriching, innovative and diverse learning experiences across the curriculum.
It is with the ongoing support of dedicated staff, parents and community members that together we are able to work toward securing quality education in a highly supportive and caring environment for all our students.
We each have a unique role to play in guiding our students to achieve their potential.
